WEBMLW M-420 was a Canadian diesel-electric locomotive built by Montreal Locomotive Works between 1973 and 1977. It had a wide-nosed cab, a 12-cylinder ALCO engine and was sold to Canadian and Venezuelan railways.

It also introduced the wide-nose Canadian cab (also known as the comfort or safety cab) to North American rails.
