FIT meter readings and inspections | Good Energy
WEBFeed-in Tariff licensees (like Good Energy) need to verify generation and/or export meter readings at least once every two years from your installation’s registration date. Ofgem requires us to do this as a condition of you continuing to receive FiT payments. We will ask you to submit a photo of your meter so we can verify it.

How to take an export meter reading - Good Energy
WEBTo get a reading from this smart meter: Press the right/OK button to light up the display. This is the ‘default’ menu screen. While on the default menu screen, use the left/down button to cycle through the different displays until you see the active export register. Your export reading should now be visible.

Our out of hours emergency support is available from 8am-9am & 5pm-8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-5pm on weekend days and bank holidays. Feed-in Tariff payments explained - Good Energy
WEBThis usually happens around four weeks after the end of the quarter. Ofgem pays us: We receive a payment from the central fund so that we can pay our FIT customers. This usually happens around six weeks after the end of each quarter. We pay you: You’ll receive your FIT payment around eight weeks after the end of each quarter.
