No, there is not a restaurant in the Oasis, yet there is a small kiosk for soft drinks and snacks. This very small business is hit and miss and does not maintain regular hours. You will find several restaurants and cafe's near the entry points and parking areas. One can drive through the Oasis near the National Museum and stock yard in about 10 minutes, moving at 5-10 mph. Or, you can walk with a back pack of snacks and water in about 20-30 minutes.
