How does a family get from a cruise ship to the plantation and return to the cruise ship. Is there a cruise ship dock or do large cruise ship anchor in the bay? Is there public transportation and taxis available at both places.

I do know. There are tour buses at Nauwiliwili Harbor when the cruise ships come in. I do not know where they take all the passengers. We don't live on Kauai, but we visit family …
