Hello, yes, dogs are allowed to walk in the castle square and garden, of course always on a leash. However, dogs are not allowed inside the castle rooms. We took turns waiting outside with the dog while the others visited the interior of the castle rooms. You definitely have to see the castle. It is one of the most beautiful castles I have ever seen.
