For those who have impaired mobility, beach wheelchairs (Rolleze wheels) can be checked out from the lifeguard headquarters at Parking Lot 11 (next to the boat ramps). There is no charge. And from t… Full review by George G

I have visited Oceanside many times, it is not known for its snorkeling but take a surf lesson with Mark Kaplan down at the pier, he is awesome!
