Any idea if there are safety lockers or luggage storage available anywhere on Harbor Island? I plan to make a day-trip (by ferry) from Nassau to Harbor Island to see the Pink Sands Beach. I would need to keep my phone, wallet, etc. safe to be able to enjoy the beach. Appreciate your reply!

Hello no there are no lockers but there are places you can rent umbrellas and chairs and you can leave everything there. It’s pretty safe.

Depends on what you are thinking by pink. Nowhere in the world is it that bright pink, it kind of changes pink hues depending on the light and angle you are looking at it. It gets its pink hue from the coral shells of tiny sea creatures (non-scientific explanation) and mixed with white sand makes a pinkish color. The sand is beautifully soft- like walking in flour and doesn’t get hot. Look at some of the pictures related to the post and judge for yourself. I will say it has the best sand I’ve ever put my toes in.
