We stopped off at the Pink Lake and unfortunately it didn’t look anything like the photo. We did take the opportunity to stretch our legs and walk out to the edge. Full review by Anita T

Interesting question… but I don’t think it’s ever deep enough. There were no signs saying “No swimming” and no information given regarding swimming. There was a pink lake in Melbourne a couple of years ago - that was a deep lake - but it was well signed with “no swimming/ do not touch the water”.
Is this worth a drive from Melbourne even if we are not traveling to Adelaide?

It is worth the trip if you stay overnight in e.g Dimboola lovely place the caravan park is on the river along with the Little Desert great wildlife as well
