The T.B. Ripy House is an historic mansion located on South Main Street in Lawrenceburg, KY. The home was built by T.B. Ripy, one of the bourbon barons who reside in Lawrenceburg in the late 1880s. The home was completed in 1888. The home fell into disrepair in the mid-20th century and was repurchased in 2010 by two of T.B. Ripy’s great grandsons and had been restored to much of its original brilliance. The home is located on a six-acre lot and is nestled among mature trees. The first floor and grounds are available to rent for small intimate gatherings and special events. The home is licensed to serve alcohol beverages.
