Be aware that the bulk of the collection, the fascinating and informative "Paths of Life: American Indians of the Southwest" has been closed since 2020. A very limited group of interesting artifacts… Full review by Kathleen F

I don't remember seeing any history devoted to Sells, AZ. You would be better off to take Hwy 86 out of Tucson and drive to Sells. It was the capital of the O'odham reservation which also currently includes the St. Xavier del Bac mission. I don't think this museum will help you.
