Upper level is accessible from an exterior staircase. Wrap around deck with beautiful views of Bony Lake. Fishing boat, kayaks, and paddle board for use. Large yard for playing lawn games, fire pit, 2 charcoal grills and full kitchen with all the comforts of home.
