Staff always pleasant, main areas very clean, toilets clean and regularly checked, seats in cinemas very comfortable and roomy. We’ve just got unlimited cards and will be using this Cineworld a lot !Full review by Mick Cavendish

My child was unable to attend a screening last minute due to a personal circumstance and the manager (Steve) was extremely helpful and sensetive around this issue.Full review by Rainie Miles
