Perfect Girl,' starring Adeline Rudolph and Arden Cho, is a K-pop thriller to be directed by Hong Won-ki, which has just set its leads.

Rolling off her lead role in “Mortel Kombat 2,” Adeline Rudolph will star opposite Arden Cho (“Partner Track,” “Avatar: The Last Airbender”) in “Perfect Girl,” an elevated psychological thriller set in the competitive world of K-pop.

Hong Won-ki, the South Korean director of recent Busan sales title Gory: A Horror Tale, will direct the K-pop psychological thriller Perfect Girl for Badlands to star Adeline Rudolph and Arden Cho. Upgrade will introduce to EFM buyers next month, with CAA Media Finance handling US rights.

Hong Won-ki, known for his music videos for K-Pop stars BTS, Gfriend and Mamamoo, will direct the feature, described as "'Scream' meets 'Black Swan'" set in Korea's cut-throat pop music industry.
