Arab leaders convened for an emergency summit in Cairo on Tuesday to endorse Egypt's plan for the reconstruction of war-devastated Gaza Strip.

Arab officials stressed that coordinated regional and international action is necessary to enforce the ceasefire and move toward a broader political resolution.
