Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed a lawsuit against current and former officials of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for allegedly ordering its workers to ignore storm victims who support President-elect Trump.

Republican Attorney General Ashley Moody’s office launched an investigation into the current Federal Emergency Management Agency.

In a complaint filed Wednesday in the Southern District of Florida, Moody said Marn’i Washington, a former supervisor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, told relief workers assisting the victims of hurricanes Helene and Milton to avoid homes “advertising Trump.”
