March 2025’s biggest and most controversial PS Plus monthly game will become available soon, but you can make a start on it right now. Bioware’s Dragon Age: The Veilguard has a standalone character creator that can be downloaded from the PS Store.

PS Plus is Sony’s monthly membership program that grants access to online gaming. You don’t need it for streaming movies or TV shows on Netflix and other services, or for free-to-play games like Warzone or Fortnite. Any paid online games, however, require a subscription.

While the free PS Plus titles for March 2025 have been announced, subscribers will still need to wait until March 4 before the games are available for download. From then on, March 2025's PS Plus games will remain accessible to subscribers until March 31, 2025, so they should have plenty of time to add each game to their library.
