Fire crews are battling a blaze sparked by a massive explosion at a food coloring company in Louisville. Louisville Metro Emergency Services said a "hazardous materials incident" had taken place on Payne Street in the Clifton neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

A shelter-in-place order was issued for a one-mile radius around the factory due to potential risks from the blast, which shattered windows in nearby homes and businesses.
