Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli will undergo a scan on Thursday to learn the extent of a hamstring injury picked up during the Gunners’ Carabao Cup semi-final loss to Newcastle. Martinelli picked up the injury in the first half of Arsenal’s 2-0 defeat to Newcastle at St. James’ Park on Wednesday night.
The 23-year-old forward was forced off in the 37th minute at St James' Park after going down clutching the back of his thigh.
