Bulut, who signed a new two-year deal in June, is the third Championship boss to loose his job this season, with Preston North End (Ryan Lowe) and Stoke City (Steve Schumacher) also opting for a change of manager following less than impressive starts to the season.

CARDIFF and Leeds fans have united for an incredible Sol Bamba tribute after the ex-Prem star’s death aged 39. Bamba died aged just 39 last month while working for Turkish side Adanaspor.

His wife Chloe, their children, and his mother Sehrata carried flowers on to the pitch ahead of kick-off while Neil Warnock, who he won promotion to the Premier League with, was also present.

Bamba, a former captain of both Cardiff City and Leeds United, tragically passed away three weeks ago at the age of 39. His memory was honoured in a powerful moment this afternoon as fans from all sides joined together in a resounding round of applause and cheers,
