The U.S. Senate race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown and businessman Republican Bernie Moreno could decide control of the U.S. Senate.

While voters focus on the presidential and U.S. Senate races, an epic battle will play out over which political party controls the Ohio Supreme Court.
