Although the Philadelphia 76ers plan to keep the streak of Joel Embiid missing games going, progress is at least being made. As the Sixers returned to the court

The Philadelphia 76ers have won just three of their last 10 games and are 10-21 without Joel Embiid this year. Still, the 76ers brass is confident that Embiid will return to action and lead them to the playoffs.

Out of the Sixers' first 41 games this season, which is the halfway mark, Embiid has only played 13 times. Also, he has not really suffered a long-term injury, only ongoing ones that continue to disrupt his and the 76ers' campaign.
