Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has briefed Russian President Vladimir Putin on a finalised draft peace agreement wirh Azerbaijan in a phone call, the Armenian government said on Friday.

Russia is ready to host talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia so they could normalize their bilateral relations and sign a peace treaty, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a statement.

After decades of conflict, Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to the text of a peace treaty. Plenty of hurdles remain before it can be signed.
