Flags in South Carolina to fly at half-staff in memory of Jimmy Carter
South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff starting Monday in memory of former President Jimmy Carter. The order came after President Biden proclaimed the flag of the United States be lowered for 30 days from the day of Carter’s death per federal law.
