Off the back of their historic win against Barcelona in the newly reformed UEFA Champions League, Monaco prepares to return to domestic action as they host Le Havre at the Stade Louis II. Les Monégasques have 3 wins from 4 matches in Ligue 1 thus far.

After hammering Barcelona by three goals to nil in the Joan Gamper Trophy before the season started, Monaco have now enjoyed three victories and a draw in their opening four Ligue 1 matches before they then defeated Barcelona again in the opening match of their 2024/25 UEFA Champions League campaign.

Monaco saw off a battling Le Havre 3-1 on Sunday to keep pace with Paris Saint-Germain at the top of the Ligue 1 table and preserve their unbeaten record. Le Havre then grew into the match and on the half-hour Kuzyaev got the equaliser with a smart finish with the outside of his right foot that crept into the far corner.

After weeks of waiting, USMNT forward Folarin Balogun is finally off the mark for Monaco. In the 70th minute, the he received the ball at the top of the box, and stroked a tidy effort past a wrong-footed goalkeeper to give his side a comfortable 3-1 lead.
