HYDERABAD: Actor Allu Arjun appeared virtually before Nampally court Friday as his 14-day judicial remand in Sandhya Theatre stampede case ended. A The court granted the actor permission to appear virtually considering potential security challenges that might arise from his physical presence.

Arjun was arrested on December 13 in the stampede case. Three others, including the theater owner, manager, and security manager were also arrested for negligence but were later granted bail. The Telangana High Court granted Arjun bail hours after his arrest, observing charges like "assault with intent to murder" weren't applicable in this case.

Allu Arjun was arrested on Dec 13 and was sent on a 14-day judicial remand which was overturned by the High Court that granted him bail.

Actor Allu Arjun's custody ended on Friday, and as part of the proceedings, he appeared before the court through video conference.
