CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person was injured during an accidental house fire in northwest Charlotte in which there were no smoke detectors inside, according to the Charlotte Fire Department.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person died in a house fire in south Charlotte on Friday night.

CHARLOTTE — Crews were on the scene of a house fire in east Charlotte Wednesday morning. Officials with the Charlotte Fire Department said they were called out to the scene on Enfield Road, near Eastway Drive, around 3:45 a.m. Our Channel 9 photographer captured plumes of smoke coming out the back of the home.
