A 13-year-old boy is in hospital after falling off an electric scooter in Co Donegal on Monday evening. He is understood to be in a serious condition. He was found unresponsive by gardaí and emergency services on a local road in Buncrana around 4:45pm, and was rushed by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital.
