LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Two-time Olympic gold medalist, two-time WNBA Champion and three-time WNBA M’VP, A’ja Wilson today added yet another trophy to her case: 2024 USA Basketball 5x5 Female Athlete of the Year after leading the U.S. Olympic Basketball Team to gold at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
She has won at every level of basketball she has ever competed in. Wilson won a national championship with the South Carolina Gamecocks in 2017, is a two-time champion with the Las Vegas Aces (2022-23) and a two-time Olympic gold medalist (2020, 2024).
