Amid rising concerns over the readiness of ICC Champions Trophy 2025 venues in the country, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said that the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore would be handed over to the ICC on February 11,
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), along with the International Cricket Council (ICC), will host the opening ceremony of the 2025 Champions Trophy on February 16. The ceremony will be held at Huzoori Bagh, inside the historic Lahore Fort.
Champions Trophy 2025 is scheduled to start from February 19 where Pakistan will take New Zealand in the tournament's opener in Karachi.
The PCB and ICC are also finalizing details for the captains' press conferences and photo shoots, which are expected to be held in Lahore on February 16, just ahead of the tournament's start.
