The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has introduced new FASTag rules, giving users a 70-minute window to resolve blacklisting issues to avoid toll payment rejections and penalties.

From February 17, 2025, new rules for FASTag balance validation will enforce smoother toll transactions and prevent fraud.
