Andy Beshear shared on Tuesday, Feb 25 that the Kentucky death toll from flooding and freezing temperatures has increased to 23. On his social media, Beshear said floodwaters took the life of a Graves County man.

The governor said state officials are still waiting for approval of an expedited major disaster declaration, which would grant individual assistance.
