Phoenix Suns rookie Ryan Dunn wasn’t chosen for the Feb. 14 Rising Stars at Chase Center during NBA All-Star weekend in San Francisco. The first-round pick out of Virginia is averaging 7.3 points and 3.5 rebounds in 40 games. The 6-foot-8 Dunn has started 24 games as he replaced Beal in the starting lineup.
