New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara has now weighed in on who he wants to be the next head coach of the franchise.

Alvin Kamara has gone public with his choice for his team's next head coach. It isn't much of a surprise. The New Orleans Saints running back took to X (formerly Twitter) and tweeted the following on Tuesday,

The New Orleans Saints running back took to social media on Tuesday to weigh in on the process, writing that he'd like to see interim coach Darren Rizzi keep the job. Rizzi has interviewed once for the position, but also could be in demand around the league as a special teams coordinator if he's not retained.

Alvin Kamara appeared to signal an endorsement for a very specific Saints head coach candidate while the winter storm of the century was underway.

Since the season ended, New Orleans has begun looking for a new head coach and has already interviewed big names such as Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady and Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn. However, star running back Alvin Kamara has made his pick for who he wants very clear.
