New York City is in its first week of congestion pricing, and state lawmakers are already weighing whether to levy more taxes to help fund the MTA. CBS News New York's Ali Bauman reports on how some of the revenue stream's being floated.

While officials are urging people to take mass transit to avoid that congestion pricing toll, it’s not so easy in parts of the lower Hudson Valley. There is no direct train service from Rockland County to Manhattan.

The toll, known as congestion pricing, is meant to reduce traffic gridlock in densely packed Manhattan while also raising money to help fix the city’s ailing public transit infrastructure. It formally took effect Sunday.
