The Economic Survey of India 2024-25 offers an optimistic outlook for India's economic growth, emphasizing resilience, reforms, and infrastructural progress.

Addressing the slowdown in the economy, CEA Nageswaran pointed out that India ‘still remains the fastest growing large economy in the world’.

Scripted by Chief Economic Adviser V. Anantha Nageswaran and team, the Survey did not mince words about the possibility of Indian exports getting walloped by the evolving trade stance of a few major economies.

While addressing the elephant in the room, the survey also spoke about the dragon in the room. China, it acknowledged, will have a bearing on the growth projections.
