The Allu Arjun starrer hit the big screens on December 5 and has been creating box office records ever since. A sequel to the 2021 film, it is directed by Sukumar and also features Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil.

Pushpa 2 seems to be people's favourite watch this holiday season despite the release of Varun Dhawan starrer Baby John and Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Viduthalai 2.

The film netted ₹282.91 crore on its opening day and ₹1,032 crore during its first week at the worldwide box office.
