With Lent just days away, Michiganders will have the chance to enjoy paczki, Polish doughnuts traditionally made in celebration of Mardi Gras.
The name paczki translates to "little packages." Paczki is pronounced POONCH-key and is plural; one pastry is a paczek (POON-check).
