For the individual games you must have an battlenet accounr that same as your Diablo 4 account for the WoW and immortal and Diablo 3 content. If you haven't already, I recommend removing your account from the Xbox and then readding it back to the console. This could help your account sync back up with the cloud data for Diablo.
