4 days ago · I recently installed Vance and Hines Power Duals\Monster Rounds on my 09 FLHTCUSE4 and they are very loud. I researched then extensively before I purchased them, listened to several bikes that had installed the same setup and they sounded great, not too loud, deep throatly sound.

Oct 20, 2010 · Vance and Hines tech support call the Monster Rounds mellow and radio friendly. The Hi output as deep , loud and throaty . I am thinking about adding these to a 2011 my CVO Street Glide and V & H power duals. I like to hear a deep pipe , but I don't want extreme. I do want to hear the radio . Any comments ? Logged

2 days ago · Peter, The vance & Hines HO Mufflers sound deep. Not overloud but a good sound just the same. You will need to change out the headpipe especially if you want to fit a decent tuner to the bike. Bosch sensors for my Thundermax Autotuner are 18mm. I think the standard head pipe is 14mm.

Jan 14, 2025 · I bought a 2016 Road Glide CVO (sweet bike !!!) The dealer suggested I change the exhaust for performance reasons. The bike had the Screaming Eagle 4" CVO exhaust with a Catalytic Converter. I put on the Vance & Hines Power Duals Headers with their Monster Rounds mufflers and had it Dyno tuned. I love the performance but it is louder and makes my ears ring after a long ride. Any suggestions ...

6 days ago · One other thing to consider, if seeking for a bike with the right combo to listen to: there are also reports that V&H Power Duals + HO and/or Monster Rounds combo sound varies greatly between 103 and 110 engines.

Dec 13, 2023 · I have done the same, V&H Power Duals and Monster Rounds and it sounds deeper than any other system that I have ever heard and adds to your torque when compared to any true dual style of 2/2.
