May 17, 2022 · Super fast charger not working with iPhone. I have iPhone 13 pro. I got a samsung super fast charger but it does not charge the phone at all. Not even detected when plugged in. The same charger works fine with my other iPhone 12. iPhone 13 pro however charges when plugged in with apple charger.

The 5 watt charger will not harm the iPhone but will be very slow to charge it, and may even lose charge if you are using the phone while charging.
