[TUT] Using Action Replay codes with the Dolphin emulator
Aug 28, 2018 · It says that you may insert encrypted codes, but I've been inputting the decrypted codes instead, and have thus far had no issues. To decrypt Action Replay codes, you'll need "GCNcrypt". This is a free, open-source utility designed to encrypt and decrypt Nintendo Gamecube Action Replay codes.

Jul 31, 2019 · I am using the Piranha GameCube Controller Adapter for the Wii U/Switch/PC (not the official one for the Wii U). I nevertheless followed the instructions on the Dolphin wiki page and I installed the driver via Zadig (only the device showed up as "GameCube Controller Adapter", not "WUP-028"; and the USB ID showed up as "0079 1846", not "057E 0337").

It should now work with Dolphin set to use the controller adapterThanks a lot, it worked fine! But, how would I be able to play other non-Dolphin games (i.e. Rivals) with it on PC mode? That doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Aug 28, 2022 · I mean, if we're talking only 1x to 2x, then one could quite literally get a used Wii or Wii U, soft-mod it, and have everything "just work" without worry for considerably cheaper (in fact GameCube performance can be improved, and even Wii performance as well if you do the fancy method of running Wii games with the Wii U's full clockrate).

My question is, could I just use the CD of a gamescube on my pc or do I need and .ISO? And if I need one, is there a legit way to get it? Thanks for answers!

Apr 30, 2024 · on the page "Dolphin Emulated Wii Remote Configuration Port 1" (the page on which I hit Extension > Classic > Configure), the Device is "DInput/0/Wireless Gamepad" and I saw at least one YouTube video where the device said something like "Nintendo Pro Controller" or something, so I don't know if that's relevant thanks in advance
