May 15, 2021 · IVpack is a similar mod that adds all the vehicles from GTA IV into the game and traffic, with updated physics to match the driving style of GTA V's cars. It also has a few additional versions of cars from V which are nice to have, such as civilian versions of the police cruiser and interceptors and hatchback Futos.

Most every video I find on YouTube says to use Steam because most mods just work better with it.
