This means that for every 3 months of PC Game Pass, you will receive 2 months of Ultimate.

Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. Since you already have Ultimate, if you were to buy Gold it would just convert it to Ultimate since you already have Gold.
