Jul 28, 2017 · I have "Lowes" tubes under my rebuilt pontoon and the construction it very sound for ~150hp engine but I'm not sure I'd want to push them with 300hp. The "scratch n' dent" tubes I got were .090 material, inside strakes, 24" center spacing, and ONLY 2 baffles. I'd want .100+ tube material, more baffles, and 16" spacing for a 200hp+ motor.

May 27, 2013 · I looked at Lowe's tritoon with a 150 Mercury FourStroke before buying my Bennington. The quality of construction, etc. is just fine on the Lowe boats. My problem was that their seats were just really uncomfortable. There are other brands around that have more comfortable and higher quality seating. That means a lot to me.
Sun Tracker VS Lowe, Sun Catcher, Crest, Etc? - Pontoon Boat

Budget for new is $30K + T, L, Freight. 20'-21' with a 90hp 4 stroke. 2019 Sun Tracker 20DLX is priced at $28,635 + Fees. 2019 Lowe SF 214 is priced at $33,700 + Fees. Haven't checked others, but they be more. What are differences in quality / workmanship between Sun Tracker and others?

We want to get a boat ASAP. A nearby dealer has a 21 Lowe Family and a Sedona L21 in stock. I want to go get and go don't want to order. Any postive or negative comments on either boat.

Sun Tracker lists the 2013 w/90 and dual axle trailer for $24,865, while the 2012 goes for $24,315. While there are definitely nicer boats out there, (Bennington, South Bay, Premier, Avalon, Crest, etc) you'll pay through the nose for their features, while the Sun Tracker is a nice base boat with a modest price. Jan 23, 2011 · Using this method I was able to open up all the holes large enough to fit some refrigerator water line into each of the holes. I siphoned a total of over 22 gallons of water out of 3 of the sections. 2 Back sections and 1 middle. Today I went out and pressurized each section. 3 of the sections hold air, 3 did not.

Splash Guards? - Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum
Aug 17, 2014 · I removed the splash guards on the cross members with seams and laid down a line of 3M Marine Adhesive 5200. I then reinstalled the splash guards by adjusting them left or right to avoid putting the screws into the same holes in the wood. Now, all the water on my deck comes from little kids. Cheap and easy fix.
