[TUT] Using Action Replay codes with the Dolphin emulator
Aug 28, 2018 · It says that you may insert encrypted codes, but I've been inputting the decrypted codes instead, and have thus far had no issues. To decrypt Action Replay codes, you'll need "GCNcrypt". This is a free, open-source utility designed to encrypt and decrypt Nintendo Gamecube Action Replay codes.

Choppy/Slow Video - Some Slow Emulation - Dolphin
Aug 14, 2022 · I only really emulate GameCube, and Dolphin generally works great, unless the game has video playback. The video is almost always choppy, as is the emulation once you're in the game, but it only seems to happen in games with videos (like Bink).

Wii - Cannot use Gamecube controller connected in socket 1
Dec 19, 2011 · If you're trying to play the game with emulated Wiimote, go to settings -> Gamecube tab and set port 1 to 'Nothing' If you're trying to play game with emulated Gamecube controller, then you fail, you just gotta press any button and you'll proceed to next screen.

GameCube adapter not working - Dolphin
Jan 23, 2019 · So I bought a GameCube controller adapter, and while it works fine on the Nintendo Switch and WiiU (it's intended use), I decided to try and use it to play some Super Smash Bros. Melee. I changed the USB driver with Zadig and tried disconnecting the adapter, reinstalling the driver, restarting my computer, etc. None of it has worked.

Oct 23, 2019 · Since you are speaking about a Switch USB GameCube controller I am going to assume that you have a GameCube style controller with an USB connector attached to it: This is NOT the Switch/Wii Gamecube adapter which takes the ORIGINAL GameCube controllers with the original plugs: This is what the GameCube adapter setting in Dolphin supports.

Apr 30, 2024 · on the page "Dolphin Emulated Wii Remote Configuration Port 1" (the page on which I hit Extension > Classic > Configure), the Device is "DInput/0/Wireless Gamepad" and I saw at least one YouTube video where the device said something like "Nintendo Pro Controller" or something, so I don't know if that's relevant thanks in advance
